Employee Benefits & Compensation

A good work culture is at times difficult to come by, hence the importance in maintaining the correct employees to ensure your company is succeeding in business as is in the view of the wider community and with the employed individuals.

Monetary Benefits

Often linked to Company Performance, monetary benefits is compensation given to an employee with the consideration being of monetary value.

Often, these are in the form of bonuses or payouts. Largely, some individuals or companies may be heavily motivated by monetary benefits which largely may improve a companies performance.

Monetary benefits may also be used as a great tool for reducing employee turnover, a mechanism for a career path or finding the correct candidates. Human Resources studies show Monetary benefits as the biggest incentive to not only retain employees but attract talented new ones.

Non Monetary Benefits

Non monetary benefits are rewards by an organisation that do not involve monetary compensation, but to promote job performance, satisfaction and employee morale. A good example of this may be the reward of 'employee of the month'.

The benefit of non monetary rewards is that, if employed correctly, employees feel a great sense of value to an organisation. Employees with a great sense of value are significantly more likely to work more efficiently for organisations

Non Monetary benefits are a specialty of SJLC as we highly believe in a practical adoption of this. Our team will work alongside your company to ensure our service be of most value to you.
