For all clients, free of charge we do an initial consultation. Here we discuss what exactly is required for the business, what a good candidate looks like and moving forwards the time frame we are required to work with.

Through the means of multiple sources of talent, we will find you the exact employee you are looking for. Whether this is online sourcing, or throughout our network of job seekers.

Upon our initial consultation and talent pool, we will review our position and exactly the objectives continually, to ensure the best fit at the right time for your company.

Selection Strategy

Review

Following our recruitment strategy, is our selection strategy. Initially we will have a consultation regarding the employee/role match and shortlist the best selection of candidates that are available on the market.

Relevant Means of Testing

At SJLC, we understand certain roles require a certain level of understanding and skill set. That's why we have relevant tests for many of these given roles, to ensure our candidates meet the job specifications. Shortlisted candidates that are of particular interest will be tested if required.

Final Stages & Offer

We ensure your goals align with the potential employees goals and that they are the right company fit. If so, we prepare a contract offer with your specifications and further close out the best deal for your company.
